Landscape Crew Member
Schedule:
- This job typically begins on April 1 and ends November 30
- General schedule begins at 7:30 am and typically end at 5:30 pm, Monday through Friday. Actual days and hours are subject to change and may include later evenings and Saturdays.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Safely load and unload work vehicles with plants and tools
- Prepare, plant, prune, fertilize, water, mulch landscape plantings
- Landscape bed preparation, weeding, edging, mulching, raking, digging, tilling, and cleaning up debris and material at the job site and off trucks at the end of the day
- Assist in installing project materials such as brick, flagstone, wood, timbers, soil, low-voltage lighting, water features, edging, and lawns
- Safely operate hand and power tools on the job and return them to proper storage place
- Report any defective or broken tools or equipment to the foreman
- Adhere to safety standards for self and work crew

GARDENING/PLANT CARE: We have positions available for full-time and part-time workers in our Property Maintenance Division for Gardening/Plant Care. The tasks for these positions would include but would not be limited to: Spring and fall clean up and general gardening tasks (deadheading, weeding, spreading mulch and general bed maintenance). Other tasks may include trimming, mowing and basic pruning as needed. Our ideal candidate would have 1 year + work experience in the green industry along with some basic plant knowledge. A love for being outdoors and working with nature is must for this position. A valid Driver’s License, Chauffeur's License & Medical Card are required.
Pay for these positions is based on experience.

Applicants must be able to handle the physical demands of the job, including lifting over fifty pounds and working long hours outside, as well as adapting easily to changes in schedules. - irrigation – install and maintenance
- Tree Service – tree removal, planting, trimming, pruning, and emergency services
- Plant health – our property includes a fully functioning greenhouse and nursery to procure plant material for our install teams, as well as retail sales. Responsible for plant health and care from procurement to installation.
- Garden Care – mulching, pruning, weeding, mowing
- Pool/Spa – diagnose problems and make necessary plumping/equipment repairs on pools, spas, and water features
