*AT LEAST TWO YEARS EXPERIENCE IN THE GREEN INDUSTRY REQUIRED
Candidates should be able to positively motivate staff and efficiently manage duties such as scheduling, sales, quality assurance, cost monitoring, product/materials ordering, staff training and development. Candidates must be willing and able to perform physical labor.
*Good knowledge of ornamental plants and their care
*Ability to produce, read and implement Landscape/Hardscape designs
*Good knowledge of estimation techniques
*Energetic, organized, self motivated, problem solver
*Strong customer relations and interpersonal skills
Additional Requirements:
- MUST HAVE VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE
- BE VERY FAMILIAR WITH MID-MICHIGAN AREA
- MUST HAVE AT LEAST TWO YEARS EXPERIENCE WITH COMMERCIAL LAWN CARE COMPANY
- MUST HAVE TELEPHONE
- VERY HELPFUL: STATE OF MICHIGAN CERTIFICATION 3A, 3B, 6, 7F
- MECHANICAL BACKGROUND

Sales/Customer Service Representative
You will be responsible for estimation, quality assurance, cost monitoring, ordering and organization of supplies. Plan, promote and execute a plan for developing new sales, as well as provide timely and accurate proposals to potential clients. Responsible for accurately identifying all expenses related to each project and insuring the company can meet or exceed its projected profit margins. Able to identify particular needs of a customer's lawn and communicate those needs effectively to the customer. Ability to diagnose turf/ornamental plant pests and disease as well as current and accurate knowledge of turf/plant management chemical/organic products very helpful.
*At least two years Green Industry experience required. Must have a valid driver's license, a good driving record and be very familiar with the mid-Michigan area.
